This campaign is a collaboration between two major brands, of two different worlds. Miller presents, the Lasso Series. In promotion of the newest season of Ted Lasso.

This idea spawned from the many generations of beer ads that have came before this. The show, Ted Lasso, centers around a soccer team and their struggles and achievements. As history shows, there is nothing like watching your favorite team, and having a beer in support of them.

Posters utilizing OOH branding, and keeping the format simple by showcasing the beer, along with copy that is sure to catch the eye of everyday street goers both familiar and unfamiliar with the show.

The Beer Ad

Open, we start with Jamie and Ted having one of their own personal beers, in the same pub that they frequent in the TV show. They speak about how they like the taste, Jamie remarks about why he got the sour flavor, where as Ted is more of the classic beer. After a few seconds of back-and-fourth between Ted and Jamie we pan out to see Roy Kent watching the commercial. He sips on a ‘Raging Roy’ and then leans back to view the bottle and says “Thats about right”.
